Description
Palm like succulent with a greatly expanded base and a single trunk with a rosette of long, strap-like leaves that arch and droop. With age, the trunk eventually develops a few branches. Houseplants generally remain less than 6 to 8 ft. The leaves are thin and flat, and are clustered in dense tufts at the ends of the branches and arch upward, then droop downward.
Sun Needs
Bright. This plant Can stand lower light in the winter but in spring through fall it needs plenty of light.
Water Needs
In the spring through fall it needs to be watered and allowed to dry on the surface before the next watering. Little water in the winter months.
Repotting Instructions
Can be reported every few years. Lives long.
