REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our plants, pots, and workshops. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
• Workshops must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a full refund or to reschedule for another workshop.
• If you choose to reschedule but don't see a workshop you want, please contact us for assistance.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
• Workshop spots may be transferred to another person with advance notice. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
2. PLANT RETURNS & GUARANTEE:
• Plants may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
• Plant Health Guarantee: If a plant dies within 7 days due to damage or disease present at the time of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us with photos and your receipt.
3. POTS AND OTHER STORE PURCHASES:
• Refunds for pots and other store items are available within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
4. EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT:
• If you are not satisfied with your plant or product, you may exchange it for another item or receive store credit equal to the amount spent within the applicable return window (7 days for plants, 30 days for other items).
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
• All sale items and any accessories marked as non-refundable cannot be returned.
• Workshop no-shows (without 48-hour cancellation notice) are non-refundable.
