Description
African Violets have fuzzy heart-shaped leaves with light green or red-violet undersides, and some have ruffled, smooth or variegated edges. A few varieties have variegated foliage. Petal variations include single, double and ruffled. Colors include deep purple, lavender, pink, yellow, white, red, and bi-colors.
Sun Needs
Bright indirect.
Water Needs
Keep soil moist at all times. Water from the bottom in a tray if possible. Pour off excess water so plant does not sit in water.
Repotting Instructions
Can be repotted yearly. This Plant can live for many years. Avoid drafty areas.
