Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to make an appointment to pot a plant?
No appointment needed! Drop in anytime to take home a new plant baby, build your own dish garden or create a custom terrarium.
Can I buy premade plant arrangements?
Yes, we carry a selection of premade plant arrangements! However, we also offer a more personalized experience where you can choose your own pot and plants. You can either create your arrangement at our workstation or have one of our team members make it for you.
Do I need to buy both a pot and a plant?
You’re welcome to purchase just a plant, just a pot, or both! We offer flexibility so you can choose what suits your needs best.
Can I bring in my own plant or pot?
Absolutely! You can bring in your own plant and select one of our designer pots to use, or you can bring in your own pot and choose a plant from our selection to pot. If you have a potted plant that needs repotting, you can bring it in and use one of our workstations for a small fee, and we’ll take care of the cleanup for you. (Please contact us first before bringing in any plants of your own)
Do I need to pot it myself?
You can pot the plant yourself at one of our workstations, either independently or with guidance from a team member. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can pot it for you, but please note that a small replanting fee will still apply.
How do I sign up for workshops?
You can sign up for workshops either in the shop or through our website. Simply choose the workshop you’d like to attend and complete the registration and payment online.
Do you offer private workshops?
We offer private workshops for any special occasion, whether it’s a birthday party, girls’ night, date night or something else! A minimum guest purchase is required for all private events. For more information on pricing and available times, please contact us directly.
Something is wrong with my plant, can you help?
No matter the problem, we’re here to help! Contact us with pictures and/or a description of the issue, and we’ll assist you in finding a solution. Keep an eye out for our Plant Clinic, where you can bring your plant in for answers, or join our Plant Parent Essentials workshop to learn how to diagnose and care for plants on your own! Don’t forget to sign up for our mailing list, where you’ll occasionally receive tips and tricks for plant care.
