Fern Maidenhair
Description
Northern Maidenhair is a deciduous, clump-forming fern. The vivid green frond is branched at the summit of the slender, shiny, reddish-brown to black stalk. The pinnae spread horizontally in a circle.
Sun Needs
Medium indirect are filtered light.
Water Needs
Daily water. This plant needs high humidity, around 50%. It can be grown in terrariums. Use liquid fertilizer weekly for best results.
Repotting Instructions
Repot annually, spring or early summer. Plant can live to 5 years if conditions are good.
