Philodendron
Brasil
Description
A fast, easy trailing philodendron with heart-shaped leaves striped in lime-green and gold down the center, like a painted brushstroke. All the toughness of heartleaf philodendron with a pop of color. Pet caution: like most philodendrons, toxic if eaten.
Sun Needs
Medium to bright, indirect light. Tolerates lower light, but the lime variegation is brightest and most frequent in good indirect light. No direct sun.
Water Needs
Water when the top inch or two of soil is dry, about weekly. Let it dry slightly between waterings; very forgiving of occasional neglect.
Repotting Instructions
Repot every 1-2 years in spring. Well-draining potting mix. Pinch to keep bushy; cuttings root easily in water or soil.
