Tradescantia albiflora 'Nanouk'
Description
A sturdy, full tradescantia with thick leaves striped in green, white, and bubblegum pink, purple undersides. Brighter and more robust than older tradescantias — a fast, photogenic bestseller.
Sun Needs
Bright, indirect light, with a little gentle direct sun to keep the pink vivid. Too little light and it fades to mostly green and gets leggy.
Water Needs
Water when the top inch is dry, about weekly. Likes to dry slightly between waterings; fairly forgiving. Avoid sogginess.
Repotting Instructions
Repot every 1-2 years in spring in well-draining mix. Pinch often to keep bushy; cuttings root almost instantly to build inventory.
